How we handle personal information.
This notice covers two things: the enquiries and bookings made through this website, and the scans carried out at a health day. They involve different organisations, so we keep them separate.
1. This website: enquiries and bookings
Who is responsible: Success Solutions Ltd (company number 09734776), which operates this website. Contact us at info@laterlifenutrition.co.uk or through the enquiry form.
What we collect: the details you type into the enquiry form or the booking page: your name, role, community name and postcode, phone number, email address, approximate resident numbers, what you are interested in, preferred timing and any message. We also record the country your connection appears to come from, and the page you used.
Why: to reply to you and plan a health day, because you asked us to. Our basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Who sees it: your details are held in the online tools we use to run this website and our diary, such as a spreadsheet, a calendar and a messaging service that alerts us to new enquiries. The providers of those tools handle the information on our behalf, under their own data processing terms, only so that the tools work. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
How long: we keep enquiry details for as long as we are in touch with you about a health day, and delete them if you ask us to.
2. At a health day: scans
Who is responsible: Nu Skin, which operates the scanner and its app, and Success Solutions Ltd are both data controllers for information collected through the scanner app. Nu Skin is based in the United States, so information entered in the app may be transferred there.
Consent: nobody is scanned unless they choose to be. Consent is taken in the scanner’s own app before a scan. A person can decline, watch only, or leave at any point.
What is kept: a person may ask for an emailed copy of their results and recommendations. Only if they do, their name, email address and scan result are entered into the app and kept. If they do not ask for a copy, no personal information about them is kept.
A scan result is health-related information. We treat it with care, use it only to give the person their results and talk them through it, including ways to improve their score if they ask, and do not pass it to the community’s management.
Subscriptions: a resident who decides to start a subscription to Nu Skin products does so with Nu Skin. The details they give to set up that account are handled by Nu Skin under its own privacy notice.
3. Cookies
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, but only if you accept analytics cookies in the banner. If you decline, analytics stays off.
4. Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how it is used, or withdraw consent at any time. Email info@laterlifenutrition.co.uk and say what you need. For information held by Nu Skin through the scanner app, you can also contact Nu Skin.
If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
